Rock of ignimbrite origin and highly ornamental value, both due to the strength of its vivid colours and its texture, often similar to that of ancient woods, with its knots and abundant marbling of the grain.
Ideal for interior decoration, permitting all nature of finishes and colour compositions.

Rock of basaltic origin, compacted material with bluish grey appearance very similar to polished granite. Suitable for any application accepting any type of finish except carving given its extreme hardness.
Montaña Bermeja Quarry – Bermeja Stone
Located in the municipality of Tefía on the island of Fuerteventura, the Red Bermeja Stone is extracted here.
Cemented basaltic pyroclastic rock, with range of colours from purple to red. Sufficiently reinforced to obtain sheets of 2 inches or more, sold as slabs and blocks. It also lends to thick coving and even sculptures.
